Velora
Privacy Notice
Velora is a floral studio in Falls Church, Virginia. This notice explains what we collect through velorabyjr.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Inquiries. When you send the inquiry form we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, event date, occasion, budget, delivery preference and message. It arrives as an email to Velora so we can reply and plan your flowers.
Mailing list. If you join our email list (in the footer, or by ticking the box on the inquiry form) we keep your email address, your first name if you give it, where you signed up, and when you signed up and confirmed. You are only added after you click the confirmation link we email you.
Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and where people click, so we can improve it. These tools do not receive what you type into our forms.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, to send the emails you asked for, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Who helps us
A few service providers handle information on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and stores the mailing list; Resend delivers our emails; Google hosts the mailbox that receives inquiries; Microsoft provides Clarity analytics; Google Maps Platform suggests and checks delivery addresses when we enter them. The form's "Verify you are human" check is Cloudflare Turnstile.
How long we keep it
Signups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address and the date, so we never email you again by mistake. Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to serve you and for our business records.
Your choices
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works with one click, or you can unsubscribe here. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information by writing to velorabyjr@gmail.com.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
